New Features in Version 24.0 (April 2024)

Payroll

Added a new Draw Worksheet for use in preparing the figures for a new draw request.

The Employee Utilization report has been modified to match up with the State of NY spreadsheet.

A new button on the Employee browse window allows you to deactivate employees who have had no activity since a user-supplied date. This was a suggestion from a recent User Conference.

When printing the Timesheet Proof Listing, the final page that lists employees and total wages now prints in two columns, taking fewer pages to include all the employees.

Pay Package details can now be calculated by Flat Rate.

Employee Classification and Employee Default Job have both been added to the Employee Listing report.

When emailing W-2s, if a person has multiple W-2s the system now combines them into one PDF.

W-2 information can now be exported to a CSV file.

The PR Month End Union Report sorted by Union Fringe now sorts the fringe benefits properly by Fringe ID.

Accounts Payable

The discount amount on a posted but not yet paid AP Invoice can now be edited. This was a suggestion from a recent User Conference.

The PO Number on a posted AP Invoice can now be edited, as long as the invoice was not a Purchase Order Reconciliation invoice.

The Invoice Date and Due Date on any posted AP Invoice can now be edited.

When viewing a posted AP Subcontract Invoice, the subcontract values are now listed, including contract amount, amount billed, amount received, amount remaining, amount retained, etc. This was a suggestion from a recent User Conference.

The new "Payments" tab on the History tab in AP Vendor Entry now allows payments to be sorted by check number. This was a suggestion from a recent User Conference.

When viewing AP Posted Invoice Analysis, the list box now includes column totals.

Added a Paid YTD column to the Vendor browse window.

Added the option to export 1099s as CSV for new IRS IRIS interface.

The setup window for printing 1096 forms now allows the user to nudge the checkboxes up and down as well as left and right.

Accounts Receivable

The Sales Tax Summary report now has a new report format called the "Sales Register."

AR When reprinting invoices from the customer screen, if the balance is zero the user can include a "Paid" stamp on the reprinted invoice.

In AR Trade invoice Entry, the Paste From Clipboard feature for adding line items now allows for a column indicating the "Taxable" status of the line item.

General Ledger

During Income Statement Printing, the user can now include their choice of Fiscal Period Range, Year to-Date, and Percentage of Sales columns. This was a suggestion from a recent User Conference.

During Financial Statement Printing, the user can now choose to round all figures to the nearest dollar.

The GL Transaction Listing and GL Transaction Detail by Account reports can now be "Viewed" as well as printed.

Purchase Order

Added optional line item numbering to the Purchase Order Line Items so the user can refer to the line number when discussing the purchase order with the vendor. This was a suggestion from a recent User Conference.

When adding a PO, if you type a PO Number different than the one it auto-assigns, the system now asks if you want to start the PO Numbering over at the next available number.

Overview

In the Job Cost Overview, viewing a list of job cost detail line items, you can now choose to open the source document (AP Invoice, AR Invoice, Timesheet, etc.). This is in addition to the existing button to view the GL Transaction information.

DataView

Added the ability to include Due and Discount Terms on the Customer Listing view type.

Job Costing

On the Job Cost Detail Listing Limit screen, the user can now press Enter or Tab to move through the entry fields.

FormMaker

The FormMaker Lien Waiver report can now access fields in the AP Payments file and the AP Invoice file.
