This report shows all Costs and Revenue charged to a job, ordered by Billing Phase.
This report is accessible through Job Costing Analysis Reports.
To print this report, check the Cost & Revenue by Billing Phase radio button under the Report Formatting tab.
Report Description (Detail Format)
Report Layout
This report is separated first into the Base Contract and Change Order sections, with subtotals for each. The next level is the Billing Phase level, with a heading and subtotal for each billing phase. The next level is the Cost Code level, with one line of detail for each Cost Code attached to the current Billing Phase.
Columns Descriptions
Code & Description columns
These columns contain the number and description of the cost code. In the Change Order section of the report, these columns contain the number and description of the current Change Order.
Contract
For Billing Phase Heading and Totaling lines, this column will be filled with the contract amount of the billing phase.
Billed to Date
For Billing Phase Heading and Totaling lines, this column will be filled with the amount billed to date for the billing phase.
% Billed
For Billing Phase Heading and Totaling lines, this column will contain the percent billed calculated using the Contract and Billed to Date figures.
Budget
For Cost Code line items, this column will contain the cost code budget amount.
Cost to-Date
For Cost Code line items, this column will contain the Cost to Date for the cost code.
% Comp
For Cost Code line items, this column will contain the percent complete calculated using the Budget and Cost to Date fields.
Est Profit
For Billing Phase Totaling lines, this column will contain the Estimated Profit amount calcuated using the Contract Amount and the total Cost to Date.
% Profit
For Billing Phase Totaling lines, this column will contain the Percent Profit calcuated using the Contract Amount and the total Cost to Date.
