A-Systems Help Desk

A-Systems has support technicians standing by to provide help when needed. Customers who own a current support contract can access the help desk free of charge. Customers who do not own a support contract can receive help for a nominal per minute charge. To reach a support technician, call 800-841-2666.

Before calling technical support, however, try using Help and On-Line Training to answer any questions.

Help Button

Pressing the Help button will always open a window containing special help tips for the field in which the cursor currently rests. As an example, if attempting to enter a Contact Name during Accounts Payable Vendor Entry, the operator may wish to know what options for entry there are in the First Name field. If the Help button is pressed, the following window will appear on the screen:

On-Line Training

Select On-Line Training Videos from the Help menu. The following list of the topics will come into view.

 

Double-click a topic or highlight the desired topic and click the Play button at the bottom. The highlighted training session will play.
