This report lists the Budgeted Costs for each Job and each Cost Code billing broken down by Cost Codes and Cost Types.
This report is accessible through Job Costing Analysis Reports. To print this report, check the Job Cost Sheet by Code radio button under the Formatting tab. For Report Format information, see Job Costing Analysis Reports.

The report heading consists of the report title, date and time, and company name. The Job Number and Name will be listed on the left.
Budget Amounts
The Cost Code Description, Cost Code, and Budgeted Amounts will be listed for each selected Cost Code or for all Cost Codes.
Detail
The Cost Code Description, Billing Date, Quantity and Costs, and Budgeted Amounts are displayed for each Code. The Budget and Costs are listed with their difference.
The report footer shows the Report Title and any limits set in Report Format.
